iMDsoft’s world class professional services team is responsible for implementing and delivering successful projects to our client base in the US market. We work collaboratively with many iMDsoft departments including technical teams, project management and sales. We are also responsible for educating our customers and partners on MetaVision Suite, and other iMDsoft products through a variety of learning methods like webcasts and training visits.

This person will play a dynamic role in the coordination, development and presentation of Metavision products to hospitals. Due to the rapidly growing nature of our business, we need someone who will work hard, learn quickly, and be a self-starter. Among your many attributes, you are a natural leader with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as an expert on customer facing training for the iMDsoft products, specifically on MetaVision Suite.
• Travel to hospitals to conduct onsite visits and address questions of physicians, nurses, IT/IS representatives on iMDsoft products.
• Support software go-live within the Intensive Care Units and Operating Rooms.
• Assist in production of training materials.
• Serve as a resource application expert to support company sales and marketing personnel. 
• Highly motivated individual with strong communication and presentation skills.
• 50% Travel required.

Requirements:

• B.A./B.S. degree
• 2-3 years of professional work experience preferred.
• Ability to learn new products and technology quickly.
• Experience implementing software, training software users or health care background a plus
• Individual must possess extraordinary positive attitude, exceptional organizational, listening skills and strong verbal and written communication skills for managing complex projects, assisting customers in project tailoring.
