Our award winning Nashville based healthcare client is seeking to add a strong Technical Publications Analyst/ Writer to their IT team (generous relocation package offered).

The ideal candidate should possess base knowledge in technical writing, editing, and publication, but also specialize in the design, development, and publication of system documentation and training information, including knowledge of the subject matter, online publication methodologies, and the usability and consumption of the information, including knowledge of search trends, use of metadata to improve searchability, and acting as the customer advocate to end users.

You will also be expected to:

Offer leadership in developing enterprise learning solutions
Mentor other staff members
Provide expertise in departmental standards
Research and implements new methods (processes and technology) based on industry knowledge

Specific duties may include: research, analysis, and consulting with all areas of IT for knowledge and system requirements, audience definition, informational/ instructional design, writing, editing, electronic publishing, help text design/development, collaboration with training staff in development of the learning solution, and software development concepts.

Technical experience needed:

Microsoft Office
RoboHelp and Madcap Flare
Captivate
Adobe Acrobat
FrontPage
HTML

College degree required

Seven or more years relevant work experience required.
