Lee Memorial Health System is launching a $70M Epic Electronic Medical Record expansion enterprise-wide. This high-profile information system transformation project will have a strategic impact on the core operations and processes of the organization for both the inpatient and outpatient environments.

As the Epic Inpatient EMR Manager, you will be the champion for all projects in your portfolio across the institution and serve as a positive role model for encouraging others to embrace operational changes associated with the implementation and other application technology projects.  In this role, you will be responsible for the successful planning and execution of the inpatient EMR systems as part of a multi-year, multi-facility, enterprise-wide clinical and revenue cycle systems implementation.  You will maintain the scope and work plan and ensure that all milestones and deliverables are on time and on budget, and lead and manage the development and implementation of the clinical applications for the inpatient setting as part of this high-profile information system transformation project.

To be considered for this position, you will be experienced in the full implementation lifecycle of an inpatient electronic medical record system (EPIC Experience Preferred) with at least six years of progressive IT experience.   Prior project management experience with interdisciplinary clinical documentation, order management, pharmacy, emergency department and surgical services is required.   You will possess a strong knowledge of Interdisciplinary documentation requirements.
