Lee Memorial Health System is launching a $70M Epic Electronic Medical Record expansion enterprise-wide. This high-profile information system transformation project will have a strategic impact on the core operations and processes of the organization for both the inpatient and outpatient environments.

As part of the Lee Memorial Health System’s Epic roll out for our Ambulatory environments we are seeking to fill the Epic – Business Systems Analyst – Ambulatory Electronic Medical Records. A critical aspect of success is having talented folks to help drive the Epic implementation across our many Ambulatory sites & practices. We are seeking proven players that have experience working in a variety of clinical settings delivering EpicCare’s EMR, Scheduling, Registration and Billing software.

Candidates that have a clinical background and experience working in a physician practice or candidates with experience in a professional billing department are highly desirable. Duties for both positions will including workflow analysis, building, training, troubleshooting, go-live & post go-live support & optimization. This position will require a dynamic individual with a high level of organization, problem solving, communication and energy. The successful candidate will be able to manage their daily duties while offering exceptional on-site customer support. These individuals will be required to work on & off-site and have the ability and experience to interface with a wide variety of personalities. Experience interfacing with Physician’s and their staff is a must. These individuals will also understand the complex office and clinical workflow structure. Individuals will have a strong understanding of the business operations within a Physician practice. It is imperative that candidates are able to thrive on a tight schedule and have the proven ability to complete projects on time.

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of previous experience in a medical office environment required.
- Working knowledge of clinical office procedures and computers required.
- Strong knowledge of physician office workflows required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Electronic Medical Record implementations experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience required.

Education:

High School diploma or GED required with 3 or 4 years of formal training beyond high school.
