Your days will include workflow analysis, building, training, testing, troubleshooting, go-live & post go-live support & optimization, so you must have an understanding of how the hospital business office operates (2+ years experience in a hospital billing office required)  – billing, claims, charging, follow-up on claims and accounts as well as understand cash collections, payment posting, electronic remittance, claims and processes.  Epic HB certification preferred.
