- Develop, test and document NextGen EMR templates according to design specifications
- Develop, test and document NextGen EMR clinical documents and reports using standard SQL based query and reporting tools.
- Assist in the development of project plans by providing accurate development estimates
- Participate in team meetings as needed
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing NextGen EMR
- Serve as primary Tier 2 support on rotating basis

Qualifications:

- Strong technical experience with NextGen EMR application
- SQL and crystal report experience
- Ability to work independently and function as an integral part of the team
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Heathcare IT experience
- Proven ability to implement and support electronic medical record systems
