Our client in the Atlanta area is looking for an experience Senior McKesson Systems Analyst to come join their team on a permanent basis. The senior analyst will primarily work with the McKesson Horizon Lab Information System (LIS). The senior analyst will help with system evaluation and selection, implementation planning, testing, daily operations as well as system maintenance and end user support. The senior analysts will lead implementation projects and teams, which includes coaching and training other systems analysts. Responsibilities

·         System evaluation and selection

·         Implementation planning and support

·         System testing and maintenance

·         Lead various projects and teams and provide regular status reports

·         Coach and train other analysts

Requirements

·         5+ years experience healthcare information system analyst experience

·         System design, development, implementation and analysis experience

·         Project management experience (project planning, budgeting, coordinating resources, etc.)

·         Strong working knowledge of McKesson Lab (LIS)

·         Strong working knowledge of McKesson HBOC Star Systems

·         Working knowledge of MS Access or Crystal Report Writer

·         Bachelor’s degree
