We currently have an immediate need for an Epic Certified Resolute Hospital Billing Trainer for our client in the greater Seattle area. This individual will be responsible for mastering an internal training application and specific workflows for the business unit to which they are assigned.  The selected candidates will be expected to actively participate in the development and implementation of a training program for their respective application.

The Trainer will:

• Participate in the workflow design and system build in order to gain the expertise necessary for success.
• Participate in building, testing and maintaining a strong training environment for their application.
• Take responsibility for developing and maintaining application training materials for both the trainers and the end-users.
• Deliver class room training to revenue cycle end users of the Epic application.
• Ensure that updates and new software releases are communicated and training is facilitated.  All deadlines will be made and project schedules will be strictly followed.
• Attend all required meetings and participate in any upgrade testing, making upgrade modifications to the training materials.
• Serve as the primary training support contact for business unit leadership and will coordinate all training questions and issues that arise during the project for each business unit within the application areas.

Job Requirements/ Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in education or healthcare related field required.
• Epic certification required – Resolute Hospital Billing
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver classroom training.
• Demonstrated ability to be a quick learner and work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills will all levels of hospital staff and amongst team leaders.
• Demonstrated willingness to accept accountability for assignments, timeliness and quality of work product.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Strong organizational and writing skills.
