Our client in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking multiple Epic OpTime Analysts & one Manager. These are permanent, direct-hire positions. Here’s what we’re looking for:

·         1  - OpTime Lead Analyst

·         1  - OpTime Manager

·         2  - OpTime Clinical Analysts

These OpTime team members will work together to ensure the efficient and successful implementation of the OpTime module. The Analysts will help with the system design, build, testing, implementation, upgrades, maintenance and support.

Responsibilities:

·         Knowledgeable of all aspects of Epic OpTime

·         Assess implementation strategies and the impact on workflows and operations

·         Work closely with the technical support on issues of install choices, master file and category list set up and preference lists, etc.

·         Assist in building new data sets and testing of new functionality

·         Participate in regular day-to-day communication with vendor’s installation team, reviewing the software, analyzing business operations, and working with the vendor and end users to tailor the system to the organization

·         Perform in-depth analyses of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues associated with the use of the software

Requirements:

·         Epic Certification in OpTime preferred

·         5+ years of Epic Analyst experience

·         Epic build experience

·         Workflow analysis, system testing and end user support experience

·         Clinical Analyst position requires a clinical background (RN, LPN, LVN, Med Tech, Pharmacy etc.)

·         Bachelor’s degree

·         Requires relocation to Cleveland, OH area
